**Automation and time savings**

At Nauta, invoices used to be entered and stored manually, which took a great deal of time. With the implementation of Elvy, this process has been fully automated. Invoices are automatically retrieved from the inbox, stored and reconciled with our accounting systems. This saves a huge amount of time and significantly reduces errors.

Elvy integrates seamlessly with KCS Wholesale. Thanks to the integration and automation, we can process invoices almost immediately as soon as they arrive. Invoices are automatically routed to the correct accounting department, and the system takes into account the various ledgers, approvers and the structure of our business accounting systems. This enables us to work efficiently.

For goods invoices, reconciliation with goods receipts is faster than ever. Elvy links the invoices directly to the relevant goods receipts in the system, meaning discrepancies and price differences are automatically sent to the buyer. This saves a lot of manual work and speeds up the entire process.

The automatic approval system ensures that invoices are routed straight to the right person, with automatic reminders where necessary. This makes the process much more efficient and transparent. “You no longer have to chase anyone up. Everything goes automatically to the right person, with a reminder if needed.”

**Overview, traceability and structure**

The system offers excellent traceability. Invoices are fully searchable and stamped with a digital date stamp showing the date of entry. This makes internal checks and customer enquiries quick and easy to handle.

At present, four people are working intensively with Elvy, and the German accounts department will also be joining the system shortly. The system supports multiple companies and accounts departments within a single environment, ensuring that everything remains clear and structured.
