# **Elvy Academy**.

Once you’ve got the hang of a piece of software, it’s often much more enjoyable to work with it. We understand that all too well. That’s why we at Elvy have set up the Elvy Academy, offering a wide range of training options to help you become an expert in using Elvy. You’ll have received training when the software was first implemented, but that’s certainly not the end of it. To really get to grips with the software, you need to keep training yourself.

### Training during implementation

Without training, you won’t be able to make effective use of Elvy’s countless features. That’s why we ensure that our consultants do not close the project until training has taken place. This ensures that staff can get off to a good start with the software.

### User training

Have you been using Elvy for a while and think there’s room for improvement? Or have you received a handover from a colleague that you felt wasn’t quite complete? You might well be right… There are, in fact, countless (new) possibilities within Elvy. Why not pop into our office during one of our user training sessions? We’ll guide a small group of participants through Elvy’s various features.

### Online training courses

During the roll-out, you’ll be told a lot of new information. It’s only natural that you won’t remember everything. Why not sign up for one of the five online training courses, which you can take for free? We’ve divided the training courses into different modules, such as a basic and advanced course, approving invoices and optimising the recognition of your invoices. ### Tailor-made training

Do you have several colleagues who need training and/or would you like a training course tailored specifically to your organisation? If so, request a bespoke training course. An Elvy trainer will visit your office and guide you all through the features of Elvy that are essential specifically for your organisation! After this training, you’ll be able to get straight to work much more efficiently!
