# **Elvision**.

Elvision is Elvy’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. This SaaS platform combines state-of-the-art Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and AI technology with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. The Elvision platform recognises structured and unstructured documents at both the detail and line levels, and enables you to map data to the correct fields in your accounting and ERP systems. These features allow you to extensively automate the processing of complex and voluminous documents.

## Elvision for invoice processing

### Processing invoices at line item level

Because Elvision converts a PDF invoice into an e-invoice, you immediately receive a booking proposal at line item level in Elvy. The advantage of this is that you don’t have to create all the lines individually. Of course, in Elvy you can also set whether you want the posting proposal to be generated per line or, for example, per VAT code. This is also ideal if you want to match orders/receipts at line level with your purchases!

### 'Map' invoice data to the correct accounting entry(ies)

Elvision recognises the information on the invoice and uses it to determine the correct entry value(s) for your financial records. This is ideal for invoices with many lines, which, for example, need to be posted to different general ledger accounts. In the case of lease contracts, you’ll receive the correct accounting entry(ies) for your financial records within seconds, broken down by registration number and service provided.

### Integration with Peppol

Invoices submitted via the Peppol network are easily routed through Elvision into Elvy, after which you can process them in the usual way for your financial administration. We’ll take care of setting up the connection to a reliable Peppol Access Point for you. Would you like to use Elvision to send invoices via Peppol as well? Ask us about the options.

## Added value for other document workflows.

Elvision offers significant added value when converting PDF files to UBL files. But the platform’s capabilities go beyond that. Other structured files – such as CSV files, Excel files or incorrectly generated UBL files – can also be converted into a structured file format. In doing so, data can be processed at line level and ‘mapped’ where necessary.

Do you need data from an unstructured digital document for use in another system? Elvision can help with that too. In such cases, we handle data extraction: the relevant information is extracted from the document and made available via an API as a JSON file.
